For warm or hot compress:

First time use

1. Hold the bag body with one hand, and hold the heating sheet in the bag with the thumb and forefinger of the other hand. Press it up and down a few times, and the liquid in the bag will immediately start to turn into solid and generate heat. (When the bag is solid, use it for the second time)

2. When the liquid is transformed into a solid, the bag body can be gently pressed with the palm of the hand to spread the heat evenly and make the temperature of the bag body uniform.

3. Place the bag in the place or part you need while it is hot (such as in the coat pocket or on the sprained body part) for heating or hot compress.

Second Use

1. After heating or hot compress for 45-60 minutes, the bag body gradually cools down. If you want to use it again, please wrap the bag with towel or cotton cloth (avoid direct contact between the bag body and the heating container), then heat it in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes, so that all the solids in the bag become liquid and can be taken out for use. At this time, because the bag body is in a high heat state, it should be wrapped with towel or cotton cloth, make the bag body do not directly contact the skin, so as not to burn.

2. When the dressing bag cools again, press the heating sheet again to turn the liquid in the dressing bag into a solid for exothermic use according to the first use method.

Note:

1. Do not use sharp objects to prick and grind the bag body, or press the bag at will to avoid damage.

2. When the bag is in a heating state, do not press the heating sheet again to avoid failure.
