Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund or for an exchange within 60 days from the date the item(s) were dispatched. 

Please be aware that we do not provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
To return an item for an exchange or refund, please return your item(s) along with your packing slip and your details and if you would like to receive an exchange or a refund. Be sure to clearly state why you are requesting the refund, and email info@outsidesports.com.au with your refund request and reason before sending the item(s) back. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Please be aware that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging/labels attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we aren’t able to accept returns on swimwear or undergarments.

Important Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and labels attached, and must be accompanied by your proof of purchase.
  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments.

Additional Information for Returns

  • Packaging: When returning items, please wrap them in a courier bag to ensure they’re protected. We’ve had instances where shoes were returned with the shipping label directly attached to the box, which damaged the box and made the return difficult to process.
  • Shipping Fees: If the item doesn't fit or you ordered the wrong one, we're happy to offer an exchange or refund, but please note that return shipping is at your own expense.
  • Lost Items: Outside Sports cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a postage service that provides tracking and door-to-door delivery.

Refunds Timing
Once we cancel or refund an online order, your bank account will be credited within 5 working days.
