If you think your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, or it arrived damaged, we're here to help.

Please follow the steps below and provide the information we need to process your warranty request. We assess every claim on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, this could be resolved quickly, or it may take a little longer (over a month in some cases).

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email info@outsidesports.co.nz with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (having a customer account helps)
  • Images of the item showing the defect, plus the whole item from the front, back, and side
  • An explanation of what happened to the product
  • The fault must appear to be a manufacturing defect

What Isn't Covered

We can't process warranty claims for:

  • Defects caused by improper storage of the product
  • Damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the product's user manual
  • Damage due to sharp or hard objects, torsion, compression, falls, or abnormal impacts

Warranty claims are only valid for defects or faults resulting from the manufacturing process. Warranty periods may vary by product and brand.
