The Wheel Deal is an IRD Approved salary-offset scheme supported that lets you use some of your pre-tax income to pay off the new ebike of your choice over a 12 month period. To get started the first thing is for your employer to register with The Wheel Deal. It's easy and everything complies with IRD regulations.

1. Your Employer Registers Your Company with The Wheel Deal 

Your employer needs to complete The Wheel Deal registration form here. The Wheel Deal will send a confirmation and get things set up on their end — usually within one business day. 

2. Document Pack and Employer Code 

The Wheel Deal will send your employer IRD compliant salary sacrifice templates and an employer code for you to bring to Bikes By Outside Sports in Queenstown and Wanaka when you come to buy your new wheels. Our staff know what to do to help you.  

3. Come in and Choose Your bike 

Come and see us and buy your new ebike. Choose from Giant, Liv, Forbidden, Scott, and Whyte. We’ll process the purchase through The Wheel Deal. You now own a new bike! 

4. Your Payroll People Do The Rest 

Your employer will deduct the agreed amount each pay cycle over 12 months through your normal payroll process. 

There are no extra fees for using The Wheel Deal to buy your ebike. You just pay the marked price you see on the tag at Bikes By Outside Sports in Queenstown or Wanaka.
